a dream unfolds
attentive staffspecial momentnoise level
the hotel reminded me of a perfect escape. the staff were so attentive and thoughtful. i really appreciate their efforts to create nice moments. the welcome gift of sparkling wine. activities, such as snorkeling and glass-bottom boat tours, were great additions.
the music from nearby establishments was loud at times. i wish the noise level had been better controlled. it disrupted the peaceful atmosphere somewhat. i am hoping they consider soundproofing to fix that.

The swimming pool and beach were adjacent to each other and convenient.
The food was often the same. Lunch menus repeated daily which was uninspired. I also had trouble with my allergies, because most of the food was not labelled. This made choosing meals difficult..

i experienced genuinely warm service throughout my stay. the staff ensured my needs were met promptly. the location allowed me to explore nearby areas with ease, and i found the local shops convenient. i appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the premises.
i did find the limited availability of beach towels somewhat inconvenient at times.

The pool area includes comfortable loungers. there is also a well-kept garden. the spa offers a range of treatments for relaxation. a gym with treadmills and stationary bikes is available to guests. I think it is AMAZING!!!

i was quite disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. the loud music from a nearby club at night was quite disruptive . the portions served during dinner at the restaurant were also surprisingly small for the price.
