Veranda Grand Baie Hotel & Spa, Grand Baie

During my stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the beautiful gardens and found the rooms consistently clean and tidy. However, I encountered some issues with the service, as it was less attentive compared to my previous visits. The location is excellent, close to the beach, but the dining options had room for improvement with limited variety. Overall, I had a lovely time, but there are areas that need attention, especially service and dining.

I had an incredible time at the resort, with attentive staff who made my stay extra special. The food was a highlight – so many amazing options to choose from! The room was spacious and always kept clean. However, I was a bit let down by the spa services; I wanted to enjoy a treatment but couldn't get through to book. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to return!
